Registering your school

Before you can submit your absences or use the viewer, we have to set up a database for your school.

Please complete and submit the form below if you want to register with schoolattendance.co.za.

After we have received your registration form, we will send you a confirmation e-mail within 24h containing the procedures to get you up and running.

Activation

After we have received your request for registration, we will create and activate a database for your school so that you can start using our services.

Trial period

All schools registered with schoolattendance.co.za will get an initial 30 days to try out our service for free. After 30 days, an annual subscription fee is payable in order to continue to use the service.

Registration code

As soon as your database has been activated, we will e-mail you a registration code which you must keep confidential. This code will be used when linking your teachers' devices and also when installing the viewer on a PC.
